See you all between 6pm & 9pm Thursday!

Come and browse the 22 beautiful stalls ranging from Spring plants and flowers, Easter decorations, cakes,books, ceramics, jewellery, decorative boxes, cushions, handmade clothes and so much more!

The evening will blow away all of the winter cobwebs and you are guaranteed to leave with a 'Spring' in your step!

Roll up, Roll up - look who is coming to the Fair - PART 2!!!

With only 6 days to go here is the second installment of stall holders for you at the Spring Shopping Evening, April 7th 2011.

Each stall holder has been carefully selected to ensure that there is a perfect balance & variety of stalls on the evening. The mix of stalls will offer something for everyone and is guaranteed to blow away the Winter cobwebs and welcome in the Spring in Style! Some of you may notice that there are 22 stall holders coming along on the evening instead of the 20 advertised.  This is because we had so many applicants we decided to squeeze 2 more stalls in!!

11. Rose Cottage Boxes We first met Rose Cottage Boxes at the Country Living Christmas Fair in London and were so impressed with their beautiful boxes that we were thrilled when they decided to have a stall at the Spring Shopping evening.  See www.rosecottageboxes.com for Rose Cottage Boxes designs include everything from a wide range of fabulous floral papers -incompassing a handpainted look to Liberty-esque. Hand made in Somerset each box is effortlessly pretty and beautiful.

12. Bloomers - Mary will selling a a selection of plants all grown by her locally in Frome from cutting and seeds. There will be plenty on offer to stock up your flower beds & help your garden welcome in the Spring too!

13. Dot to Dotty - Mary will be selling her dotty range of hand-painted polka dot wooden toys & household accessories.

14. Alce Harfield - Alce will be having a marquee full of her beautiful, vibrant paintings ranging from flowers to chilli peppers to beautiful images of Bristol.  View Alce's work at www.alceharfield.com

15. Green T - Tamsin will be selling her beautiful range of candles in vintage tea cups -

16. Phoenix trading - will be offering a range of greetings cards, invitations, thank you cards & gift wrap for all occasions.  A great opportunity to stock up for all of the birthdays through out the year!

17. Spotty loves Dotty - beautiful bags, brooches, accessories & hanging decorations all handmade by the very talented Zita.

The Little Flower Company - Locally based Tess will be offering a range of seasonal flowers and plants in a fresh and exciting approach to floristry, providing up to the minute designs using the freshest flower and outstanding presentation. 21. Mendip Lavender - Jenny grows & harvests her wonderful, fragrant lavender from her fields nestled high in the Mendip Hills.  The oil is distilled and used in a variety of products, from soap to hand creams.  View her beautiful range at www.mendiplavender.com

Roll up, Roll up - look who is coming to the Fair!

3. Bespokeleather -Bill will be selling his traditionally Handmade leathergoods. All Bill's items are handmade throughout using traditional methods and materials, most are hand stitched as well. 4. Swedish House at Home -Michaela specializes in natural linens, including tablecloths, napkins, dishcloths, tea-towels, hand and bath towels. 5.In Stitches - Gill & her sister create beautiful sewn and knitted gifts using recycled, wool, fabrics and buttons.

6. Lilyroo Cakes - Jo will be offering a selection of her delicious cakes, biscuits & other homemade yummy seasonal treats.

Roll up, Roll up Spring is nearly here!

It is only 4 weeks to go until the Spring Shopping Evening.  Spring is trying to shout 'hello' with daffodils nodding their bright yellow heads and the sunshine putting in the odd welcome appearance!



Preparations for the evening are well under way. The evening is going to be bursting with Spring loveliness.  Later this week we will be revealing details of the 20 stall holders so check back soon!

Yahooo....Spring are you there??

Come and dust off the winter cobwebs and welcome in the spring in style at Edamay's Spring Shopping Evening.

If like us you feel that this winter has dragged on a bit too long then come and welcome in the spring with us on Thursday 7th April between 6pm & 9pm.

Browse a wonderful mix of the stalls ranging from spring bulbs & plants, handmade soaps, jewellery, cakes, accessories, soft furnishings, children's clothes, ceramics and much, much more.

The evening is being held in the Memorial Hall, Leigh on Mendip, Nr Frome, Somerset.  The event   will be bursting with spring daffodils and bunting and you are guaranteed to leave with a 'spring' in your step!

Admission to the evening is just £2.50 & includes a complimentary glass of Spring PIMMS or wine to enjoy whilst you browse the stalls!

All proceeds from admission charges & the raffle on the evening will go to a great cause Owl Babies Preschool!

So put Thursday 7th April in your dairy & we will see you there!
